The level of personalized service they provide is something I never experienced with my previous app-based payroll company. Savannah consistently goes above and beyond to answer any question I have—no matter how unusual or last-minute the request may be. Joel Cheek209 days agoI've been a customer of Onesource PEOfor almost ten years. Prior to that, the previous owner of my company was a customer of Onesource for many years prior. When I purchased my company in 2016, my paradigm was that those big HR providers I was used to had to be better. How could a smaller company compete with them on service, proucts, and pricing? I was 100% wrong! They compete VERY WELL! Onesource PEO is able to beat those companies hands down in all categories, including health insurance, products, and importantly, service and price. It is comforting to be able to contact Onesource PEO and speak to the same representatives that I have been working with for almost ten years. I get to talk to a real person that knows exactly my situation year after year and not a random person in a phone bank located who-knows-where. One of the best things I like about Onesource PEO is that I don't have to worry about my payroll. I provide the weekly compensation numbers to them, and they take care of the rest. I don't worry about writing them a check or calculating taxes or making sure those taxes are paid or fooling with W2s or keeping detailed records and on and on. They handle all of that. Instead, I'm free to worry about my customers and my products. Consistency, close service, good price, and good products results in a great relationship that our team really appreciates.
